PAYMENT POLICY
Payment on non-prepaid reservations is due upon check in at the property. In addition to the room charge we require a 250$ deposit per room for incidentals which we release upon check-out. We reserve the right to charge your payment method for the first night of your stay after the cancellation period has passed (48 hours prior to check-in). If you would like to pre-pay your stay please contact the hotel.

THE NEAREST SUBWAY STATIONS ARE:
The N, R, and W trains are located at West 49th street and 7th avenue.
The 1 train is located at 50th street and Broadway.
The B, D, M, and F trains are located at Rockefeller Center (47th-50th street and 6th avenue).
ON-SITE LAUNDRY IS AVAILABLE
After 8pm, guest are welcome to do laundry at our downstairs facility. We have detergent, fabric softener etc., available onsite.
SMOKING POLICY
Radio City Apartments is a non-smoking hotel. A $250 fee will be imposed for guests that fail to comply with this non-smoking policy.

HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM JOHN F. KENNEDY (JFK) / LAGUARDIA (LGA)/ NEWARK (EWR) AIRPORTS?
JFK Airport is 16 miles from the hotel (approx. 45-minute drive and 60-minute subway + Airtrain ride). LaGuardia Airport is 16 miles from the hotel (approx. 30-minute drive and 60-minute subway + bus transfer). Newark Airport is 17 miles from the hotel (approx. 60-minute drive and NJ Transit bus services are available to midtown NYC).

HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL AND BROADWAY?
Radio City Music Hall is less than a half a block away and most Broadway theaters are within walking distance. Many fine dining restaurants are also within walking distance.
DOES THE HOTEL CHARGE A RESORT/AMENITY/FACILITY FEE?
No, the hotel does not charge any of the above fees.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A FITNESS CENTER?
No, but there are fitness centers under a five-minute walk from the hotel.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ROOM SERVICE?
No, the hotel does not provide in-room dining.
DOES THE HOTEL PROVIDE BREAKFAST?
We do not serve breakfast. Breakfast is available at the many nearby restaurants in the area.
DOES THE HOTEL OFFER CONNECTING ROOMS?
No, the hotel does not have connecting rooms.
ARE HOTEL ROOMS ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH SAFES?
Not all hotel rooms are equipped with safes but we have a safe at the front desk which you are welcome to use throughout the duration of your stay.
